Profile Summary

I’m an experienced fitter‑welder and metal fabricator with a strong background across fuel‑tank manufacturing, structural steel, fabrication, and general engineering. I bring more than a decade of hands‑on trade experience, supported by multiple certifications, machinery endorsements, and practical construction knowledge. I’m adaptable, reliable, and confident working both independently and within production or workshop teams. I’m motivated to continue developing my skills and take on roles that allow me to contribute technical ability, problem‑solving, and strong work ethic.

Experience

I have four years’ experience manufacturing and assembling above‑ground fuel tanks, including MIG/TIG welding, pipework fabrication, pressure testing, and operating gantry cranes and forklifts. I’ve worked as a metal fabricator producing gates, balustrades, pool fencing, and structural steel components, both in workshop and on‑site environments. My background also includes hammer‑hand work in residential construction, general engineering roles involving cutting, shaping, and assembling steel, and additional labouring experience across concrete work, agriculture, and workshop assistance. I’ve also supported quoting, cost analysis, and AutoCAD drawing tasks, showing strong technical and analytical capability.
