Profile Summary
I’m a hardworking, mechanically minded individual seeking a General Engineering Apprenticeship. I bring hands‑on experience from marine environments, factory machinery servicing, and liferaft maintenance. I’m confident using tools, following technical instructions, and working safely in high‑risk environments. I’m reliable, physically capable, and committed to developing trade qualifications while contributing positively to an engineering team.
Experience
I’ve worked in deep‑sea fishing operations, assisting with mechanical equipment repairs, hydraulic machinery checks, and safe tool use under pressure. I’ve trained in servicing seafood‑processing machinery, learning structured fault‑finding and preventative maintenance. As a liferaft technician, I inspected, serviced, and repacked liferafts to strict compliance standards, developing strong accuracy and documentation skills. These roles have strengthened my mechanical awareness, resilience, and ability to work safely and systematically.
