Profile Summary
I’m an apprentice engineer/machinist with hands‑on experience in machining, fabrication, welding, and general mechanical maintenance. I’ve worked across engineering workshops and agricultural machinery environments, developing strong practical skills and a solid understanding of machining processes, fabrication techniques, and safe workshop practices. I’m reliable, eager to learn, and committed to progressing my engineering career through continued on‑the‑job training and skill development.
Experience
I’ve worked as an apprentice machinist, assisting with manual and CNC machine setup and operation, learning turning, milling, drilling, blueprint reading, and maintaining workshop standards. I currently work as an apprentice engineer, carrying out general maintenance on harvesting machinery, welding (TIG, MIG, stick), machining parts to tolerance, and fabricating components from drawings. Earlier in my career, I supported engineers with machine setup, cleaning parts, and maintaining a safe workspace.
