Mechanical Engineering

We receive a consistent flow of candidates interested in all areas of mechanical engineering, ranging from general engineering to CNC and toolmaking. We know that the industry is evolving rapidly, and we take great care to ensure that we present the most suitable candidates for the requirements of the future.

In addition to finding the ideal candidate for your needs, our team provides mentoring and learner support designed to ensure the best possible completion outcomes.

Fabrication Engineering

Fabrication is a popular field among potential apprentices, so we receive plenty of applications. However, we carefully screen these candidates to ensure that we select those who possess the right combination of practical skills, personal qualities, and attitude to succeed as fabrication engineers.

Our talent pool consists of individuals who are enthusiastic team players and eager to learn. They are all keen to gain hands-on experience and develop the technical skills and knowledge required to become successful fabricators.

A dedicated Account Manager and broader learner support team provide ongoing mentoring to help learners navigate through their apprenticeship as smoothly as possible.

Refrigeration and
Air Conditioning

We have a great pool of candidates nationwide who are eager to become Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Apprentices. We have thoroughly screened them and identified those who possess a positive attitude, attention to detail, and mechanical aptitude, making them ideal candidates for apprenticeships.

Among the selection of candidates, you will find individuals who have demonstrated good initiative, communication skills, and a willingness to learn as part of a team. Our ATNZ Account Managers and learner support team provide comprehensive support to help them progress through their apprenticeships and become valuable members of your future workforce.
