Objective:
My primary objective is to complete the final block course required to finish my Heavy Fabrication Level 4 apprenticeship. From there, I aim to continue building on my skill set to become a highly versatile and valuable tradesperson.
I am committed to continuous professional development and intend to gain additional qualifications such as:
Forklift certification
Working at Heights ticket
Welding tickets (covering all materials and positions)
Rope access qualifications
Long term, I aspire to move into a foreman or supervisory role, where I can pass on knowledge, mentor others, and contribute to the success of a team. My goal is to be a well-rounded professional capable of adapting to a wide range of tasks and challenges.
Experience:
Over the past three years, I have gained hands-on experience both in workshop settings and out on-site. My responsibilities have included material preparation, cutting to size, welding, and fabrication. Working across a range of environments has given me a strong understanding of workplace expectations, safety procedures, and quality control. I take great pride in the standard of my work, consistently aiming to exceed expectations and deliver results that reflect attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Heavy Fabrication Level 4 (pending)
Mechanical Engineering Level 3
Certificate of learning – H3, FMG stadium, Seddon Park, Claudelands Event Centre – Contractor Inductions
Skills:
Fabrication and assembly of metal structures
MIG welding (solid wire and flux core)
TIG welding
Stick welding
Plasma and oxy-fuel cutting
Basic machining and fitting
JSA (Job Safety Analysis) understanding and participation
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality
