Industry Experience

Qualification:

I have mechanical engineering degree

Objective:
I have 4 years of industry experience working with CNC routers and software such as Rhino and Fusion 360. I am always eager to learn more and continuously upskill myself through online courses, keeping up to date with the latest trends in growing industries. Along with my passion for precision machining and CAD/CAM programming, I am also interested in learning about 3D printing and staying informed about other modern forms of production. This combination of hands-on experience, technical knowledge, and curiosity for new technologies makes me stand out as a motivated and forward-looking apprentice.

Experience:
I have hands-on experience operating both 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines. While my exposure to 5-axis has been more basic, mainly observing and understanding movements through Alphacam, I have strong practical experience in designing, nesting components and programming shopfitting parts using Rhino and Alphacam. In addition, I gained 6 months of experience in the metal industry, where I worked with manual lathes and milling machines, giving me a solid foundation in machining principles. This mix of CNC operation, programming, design, and manual machining has given me a broad skill set and adaptability across different production environments.
